Hello Team,

On page 88 of the latest course material for the SM255 – Change Request Management with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 – Configuration course, the following is described as the Change Advisory Board Business Partner , “Stores the business partner ID of the steering committee in the change process".

There are three business partner categories of the Change Request Management (ChaRM) for SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP10;

• Person
• Organization
• Group

Questions:

1. Which category is best to use to create this Change Advisory Board (CAB) steering committee, Person, Organization or Group?
2. If it is Group, how do we create the CAB Steering Committee and assign members to it?

Hi Rammutla,

you can create a CAB via CRM_UI and Orgmanagement.

When you dit it you can go to Transaction BP and search for the organization.

And there you find your CAB.

So the answer is Organization 🙂
