Asessment questionaire of SAP Business One implementation

Hi everyone,

we are currently started the implementation of a multi site SAP Business One project and are looking whether there is a comprehensive quality checklist (per project phase) to assess whether we have ticked all the boxes ensuring that the project will be a success. So any guidelines / checklists to challenge the status quo would be highly appreciated.

We really need to make sure that we have formally completed all important tasks per project phase to avoid any major risk further down the road.

Hi Dennis,

there is the SAP Business One Accelerated Implementation Program 3.0 (AIP) available which is a bundle of Word and Excel documents for requirements analysis, initial settings and data migration. It is not updated to the latest versions of B1 but it sill covers the main setup and tasks.

You can ask you local partner to provide you the files.

Besides that there is also the Implementation Center -> -implementation Project available inside Business One whcih provides kind of a checklist. Also the wizard for creating new databases will guide you through the basic and mandatory settings.

But nevertheless you should also always consult a local partner which knows the country specific and legally requried settings.
