It seems that you have to check at the remote mail server.

My understanding of the issue is that you are configuring SAP to use TLS while sending emails, but the server does not over such possibility.

Hi Redjie.

You should follow the configuration steps from SAP Note 1747180, making sure to have the parameter "icm/server_port_*" in order to active the certificate authentication.

For an eventual authentication error, then use SAP Note 1702785 for analysis.

Hi, already seen that note however the table entry is maintained properly in our system and the ICM level 3 trace also shows EHLO and not HELO
