Connection Error - The operation Time out (12002)

I am getting error while doing the check in from Server in my producer. Sometime it works fine for me but sometime giving me tha error - HttpSendRequestFailed - system error: The operation timed out (12002). Kindly helpconnection-error-enable-now.png
