New Scenarios in OTC/SD

Hello,

we need to look for new scenarios for SD/OTC . Common scenarios we already know like Cash sale/consignment sale/MTO/MTS/Shipment/Packing/Quotation/Inquiry /Third party etc.

What new scenario can we include for OTC. For eg we have advanced returns management, Advanced ATP.

Any help from someone . I need just scenario name and main steps in the scenario and which website provide information on new OTC scenario in EHP 7/8 or S/4 HANA ?

There is not much new functionalities added apart from what you already listed. In addition to that, Rebate processing is replaced with Settlement Management.

In Google, just type "1809 highlights+help.sap", so that you can find out all in detail.
