Shopify to SAP B1 Integration Hub Synchronization Error

Hi,

In our test environment we are testing SAP B1 Integration Hub (Shopify to SAP B1 integration). And we are able to complete the full setup without any issues. But when we try to sync data we are receiving the error message:

401:Unauthorized

XCL199 Authentication required further details.

Can you please help us to resolve.(Error screenshot attached)

Hi Sharon,

From this error, it seems you have not given the API permission to the private app created for Shopify - SAP B1 integration.

To give the API permission to the private app, From your Shopify admin, go to Apps. Select the app created for Integration.

Afterward, In the Admin API and Storefront API Permission section, Give the Read and Write access to all scenarios that you have enabled for Shopify Integration.
