Dear experts,

We are currently trying to do initial sync on the SAP Asset Manager and got the following error. I can see all the OData config in the backend but still getting message that entity is missing.

In the SCPms, is the reason because the metadata entity set not shown here in the drop down? If it is, how do I load the metadata?

Hi David,

This normally occurs when the metadata is not loaded properly from the OData service. In T-code /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE, choose the particular OData service and click on refresh Metadata. Hope this will fix your issue.

You also can check this by calling the SAP Gateway client of the OData service (from T-code /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE) and checking if the entity exists for the required URI.
