Server-Side Error in Trial Account

Hi,

When i tried to open my neo trail account i am getting a server side error as mentioned in the below screenshot , I also tried logging out and accessing the Mobile Services cockpit again but still same error message pops up.Can any one help me regarding this issue?

    Hi Nivetha,

    You probably just have to wait for it to get resolved. In trial accounts there can be downtimes due to version roll-outs or other maintenance jobs. Such issues don't happen in prod accounts, or if they must happen then users receive notifications in advance.

    works fine in my NEO trial account. Could you open the Mobile Services cockpit page in a private/incognito window and see if this helps?
