Webgui theme not rendering toolbar, does not look like SAPgui for Win

Hello all,

I just installed the ITS 6.20 Patch 20 and when I started the webgui service, the theme that was genereatd does not look like the SAPgui for Windows at all.

All I've got is a gray and blue color theme. The top row is the "SAP Easy Access" header and on the next row are just simple square buttons (Menu, Tools, User Menu, SAP Menu, etc.).

What do I have to do to enable the "richer" look-and-feel like the SAPgui for Windows 6.20? I'm looking to get the toolbar with the paging icons, disk icon, goback, etc.

Thanks,

Mike

Can someone tell me how to use the admin tool.

I installed ITS 6.20 patch 20. I was instructed to enable the sapguidebugger value to 1 only through ITS admin tool. I also have other settings to make through admin too.

Please help where I can find the admin tool and which directory/service I should look for it.

Mokkapati,

You launch the Admin via a URL like:

http://MyWebServer:81/scripts/wgate/admin/!

Solved it...I thought the enjoy sap configuration had been set in the admin, but it was not.

Hi Mike,

I have the reverse problem:

I want to disable the "richer" look-and-feel like the SAPgui for Windows 6.20?

I use the browser mozilla.

I inform about that, because the are big differences between

mozilla and internet explorer.

Best Regards

Oliver

Oliver,

You have to disable the Enjoy SAP option.

1. Log in to the Admin service;

2. Open the Configuration | General settings for the ITS instance;

3. Remove the checkmark for the "Enjoy Design" option.

4. Save and restart.

Does this help?

Mike
