How to debug XSODATA Service

Dear Experts,

Can you please let me aware how to debug an XSODATA Service. I need this info becasue, I am trying to use an XSODATA service and metadata seems loading perfectly. But the entities are not getting and called and when I call them I see the below Internal Server Error. I don't really know how to debug and what are the reasons behind these errors. How to debug these? Can someone please enlighten me on these areas.

The logs I observed in SCP for this XSJS/MTA WEB APP did not help me much. How to get more detailed traces and How to debug.
