How to use netweaver on cloud?

I want to learn ABAP and I need a playground for practice. I went through the SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP Developer Edition 7.52 SP04 page but it required 17 GB of installation on vmware. I do not want to install complete platform on my local machine.

Is there any way to install it within minutes and use it on some cloud? Or download just the GUI and connect that with a platform available on cloud?
