Migration of Intercompany and B1if to new server

What considerations are necessary for moving an existing Intercompany and B1if setup to a new system? Is it as simple as moving the DBs to the new server after the intial installation?

Thank you Nidhi for the Note.I should have been more clear in my question though. The client we're working with will be upgrading from 9.0 to 9.3. I imagine there are additional considerations considering the large jump in versions though, correct?
