No long text in print IW21

Hello Experts,

We have a printing issue.

When we create PM order via IW21, then we put 'In process' and click Print button. When we see the spool, no long text is observed.

However, when we again go to same notification in IW22 and give print, long text is observed.

Please let me know what changes should I do in order to see long text in IW21 itself.

Hello,

When notifications are printed from Transaction IW21, the system does not print the long text if you have not yet saved the notification and the print online is activated.

Deactivate the print online via Transaction OID6

Hello Mr Brahmankar,

We tried the scenario in development system, deactivating Print online.

In live system, Print online is active and long text appears only after saving.

Please suggest how can we get long text via IW21.

As per standrad SAP long text will be printed out during the posting of the newly created orders.

We are facing this issue since few weeks, maybe a month, before that we were able to get the long text and could save the papers.

However, we can ignore the paperwork, but would want the behavior in the same way like it was before a month.

Please suggest!

Hello,

Please cross check all the transports which went to production since last one month.

Which could give you an idea what trigger these chnages.

Hello,

I checked but we did not have any transports went in P since last month.

The issue is we have to use 2 papers, one is waste and other one with long text.

Do you any other possibility to check/resolve? Please suggest.
