Which data use for Cost of Goods Sold Report in SAP ByDesign?

In KPI, SAP built in create KPI "Cost of Goods Sold" but no data show. It connect "Earned Profit Overview For KPI" Report which datasource is "Profitability Management". Datasource shows data but in Earned Profit Overview For KPI report, don't show any data. I want to see cost of goods sold. Which data use for Cost of Goods Sold Report in SAP ByDesign?

Dear myat94,

There could be issue with selection that you have used in report and in KPI.

Please try as below:

-> If data source is displaying data then you have a report view where you will see data and then user that view/selection and key figure in KPI.

-> If report is not displaying any data at all (no matter what selection you provide) then try once with creation of custom report and then use this report view in KPI to get the details.

-> If above are not working then raise a incident as we have to login in your system and check further.
