VS Studio 2019 restart automatically when stored procedure in crystal report as data source.

i am working in windows application with VB.NET in Visual Studio 2019 and SQL server 2014. when i am adding crystal report in my project and setting stored procedure or function as data source of the report then visual studio hang out and restart automatically. the following image is demonstrating my work flow.
