IC Agent Inbox Result Views Availble for all Users


Hi Guys,

I would really appreciate some help with the following issue please:

Currently if a new view is created for the IC Agent result list, this view is only available for the agent that has created it. eg.

1. Login in to IC agent role.
2. In the Agent inbox, a search is done for Today. The results are then shown in the result list
3. A filter is created, e.g. on column 'Group Responsible',
4. The view is then saved. e.g. as 'New View'
5. That view is only available for that agent, no other agents is able to see or select the view 'New View' from their own profile.

So, I would like to know if it is possible to create like 'global' or 'public' views that can be visible by all agents logging in. And maybe perhaps, one step further, if a specific view can be set as default/standard for a business role.
