HANA XS - Cannot proxy application requests Error ECONNREFUSED - while calling xsjs

on:
HANA XS ADVANCED 2.00.036.00.1547699771 (fa/hana2sp03)
(Express Edition)

I'm getting repeatedly following Errormessage at Login-Time if a SAPUI5-Controller tries to call a xsjs-NodeJS-Script. (Node-Version 6.x)

7/24/20 1:55:22.000 PM [RTR] OUT 192.168.58.80 - - to blabla.blabla.de:51501 "GET /xsjs/getUser.xsjs HTTP/1.1" 200 sent 100 in 5 by 01E-aab07d16-6b2e-42da-a52a-eda28b9598fc

In the Client-Log the Request will be shown with a HTTP 200
As I understand it, the xsjs-Script hasn't been invoked at all.
Also for other resources like
GET /src/odata/services/XXXX.xsodata/$metadata?sap-language=DE HTTP/1.1" this error occurs.

The Node-js-Application yields no further clue that is going wrong.

This error occurs constantly if I'm using the WebIDE to build, deploy and run the MTA-Application.
For a application installed at the same host via xs deploy (mtar) the error occurs only every once in a while.

I searched a lot in this forum but didn't find a conclusive solution how to fix my application or changing the setup or configuration.

Any clue?

Thx in advance
Marko
