sap pdf! not allowing to print

HI Everyone,

recently users are facing this issue of PDF! print not working from window but they can save and print it.

It's enabled from abap side so earlier it was working fine.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Can you give more details about the steps to reproduce the issue? Share also software versions and patch levels, etc.

Hi Purvesh,

Is it possible to tell the transaction code used, attach a screenshot from where you face the issue?

If there is something in the system side, check in SM21 whether there are errors in the system log or maybe in ST11, in the work process trace (dev_wXX file, where XX is the work process number used).

It' not transaction-specific. it's general glitch started recently in all standard custom printouts.
