Internal error (-1025) occurred [Message 131-183] when cancelling incoming payment



I have issue with incoming payment.

I want to cancel incoming payment but when i am going to cancel it, it gives me below error.

Error : "Internal error (-1025) occurred [Message 131-183]"

I have checked there is no FMS in Incoming payment.

I have checked by disabled store procedure (SP Notification).

I have checked by stopping all add-ons.

But still i have issue.

Can you please let me know the solution?
