jstart.exe some processes running issue

hey guys,i got zero knowledge in SAP but i got a client who copied 3 modules of SAP from the production environment to a test environment .

i opened an mmc and i found one process (jstart.exe) that doesnt run as it should.

could it be because the 3 modules copied to a different domain?

maybe some config file that i need to edit?
