Valid Price (multiple valid from dates)

I would like to show the valid price for the current date.

There are 2 date fields: [valid from] and [valid until]. The current date is always between those two fields. Webi needs to use the price of the [valid from] field smaller or equal than the [current date] AND closest to the [current date].

Can someone help me build this formula please?
