DTP showing green but data showing blank in Infocube

I have Connected 2 datasources to an infocube and created transformations and was running 2 dtp's.

DTP's are executing successfully but only one datasource data is coming into cube whichever is run first that data source dtp data is coming but not the others so sid's are also not generated.

Have you come aross this Scenario.Please Help me on how to resolve this.
