Consume FedEx webservice Tracking

Hello All,

I am trying to cosume FEDEX Tracking webservice with the WSDL file available in FedEx website. I am getting errors while trying to test webservice in SE80. Error is "validation failure for TrackRequest Error:cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'nm:TrackRequest'."

Could anyone please help me the reason for the error. Attached WSDL downloaded from FedEx.
