Using Schedule in Query Manager, SAP Business One

I'm sure what I am trying to do is very straight forward and wonder if anyone can help. Basically I have set up a Query in SAP Business One and I want to Schedule this report so it runs every day or every week, but when I go into Query Manager and select the query I want to schedule I get the error message of 'print layout for selected query is missing'.

How do I attach a print layout to a query? I do not want to print anything, all I want is a scheduled data dump of this report straight into .CSV or .XLS etc

Is there any easy way to schedule queries to run at a certain time of the day and take the data into a separate folder, I am not looking for anything complicated like using SAP BPA.
