Can only create note in dropdown Services for objects

Hello all ,

I can only create a note in my GOS dropdown in my order , is it possible to also add an attachment in my dropdown? See attachement how it is now :

I want to have i like this :
is this possible to change my user parameters to add this in my dropdown?
