Marketing Areas - Descriptions Missing for German Users

Dear Experts,

Hoping someone could help. Our German colleagues can only see codes for some of the Marketing Areas (see attached). Their systems language is set to English, but I believe their Chrome language settings are causing a conflict which is why only codes are rendering for some of the Marketing Areas.

I have asked those affected to clear their cache, but if that fails, then I can't think how else to fix the issue. You can't obviously maintain language variants for Marketing Areas which therefore rules that out as a fix.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Bradley,

are you sure the Descriptions in the Manage Your Solution app are maintained in both languages?

Please check it for EN and DE (just change EN in the URL to DE)

I only know that behavior when there are translations for the Codes missing.
