Unable to Process Members from Member Sheet in SAP BPC MS 10.1 SP 13

Hi Everyone!

I am having problem in order to process a dimension with the option "Process Members from Member Sheet":

SAP BPC MS 10.1 SP13

MS Windows 2016

MS SQL Server 2016

MS Office 2016

The errors showed are:

First popup window error

Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger

An unhandled win32 exception occurred in w3wp.exe [1168]. Just-In-Time debugging this exception failed with the following error: No installed debugger has Just-In-Time debugging enabled. In Visual Studio, Just-In-Time debugging can be enabled can ben enabled from Tools/Options/Debugging/Just-In-Time.

And then the following popup:

SAP Business Planning and Consolidation

The underlaying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.

In the MS event viewer there is no more error pointing to w3wp and in the IIS log the following message was found:

A process serving application pool 'SAP_BPC' suffered a fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service. The process is was '1168'. The data field contains the error number.

After reviewing the logs and extended logs from SAP BPC there is no error saved and verified several SAP Notes without success.

I will be installing MS Visual Studio to have a debug option.

Any idea how to diagnose and solve this problem will be appreciated.
