Creating 2 Result Analysis version with different RA Method for 2 ledgers

We are trying to post differently on ledgers with 2 different Result Analysis Method for the same controlling area.

Unfortunately, after having created the CO version and assigned it to the CO area, while in OKG3, the message KQ278 "Results analysis version ** has reference variant. Display only pops-up".

I can see that this related to the fact that 2nd CO version is also set as Actuals for the same controlling area but is there any way to overcome this issue?

    Hi Yannick,

You would need a second RA version that is posting to another Accounting Principle (Ledger Group) in FI.

In the second RA version you will get a different RA method behind the same RA key.

And CO version is not the same as RA version.

@Former Member Have you checked the following settings! Here you have accounting principle!

Define Update SPRO: Controlling --> Product Cost Controlling --> Product cost by order --> Period end closing --> Work in process-->Define Posting Rules for Settling Work in Process OKG8
