We follow a process of IW51-->IW31-->DP80-->Asscept Quotation -->Release SO-->Confirmation -->TECO

In the above mentioned Process Post upgrade to SP20 .It was working fine for all the one time customers .For a particular sales area When we want to create DP80 We are getting error "No Customer Master Exists for sold to Party.Error VP199"

For the same account group and a different customer but for a different Sales area it is working fine.For one sales area alone it is not working rest sales area it is working fine

We tried creating in VA21 It gets created.We are using the same DIP Profile

The One time customer which was working had been assigned Partner functions .XD02 (fill details of the customer-->Extras-->Customer Partner Functions.There were partners assigned here .Where as in the customers where it was not working these were not assigned.

Hence the Validation in KNVP went thru for one and did not for the other.

The KNVP validation stopped creating a Quote in DP80

In order to remove the error "Error VP199".Please apply the SAP Note-2812657 with Prerequisites.

It worked.
