SAP GUI launchpad not working when deployed in SAP iRPA factory

I have enabled Client and server side SAP scripting And SAP GUI launchpad is working fine through Desktop Studio but it is not working through SAP iRPA factory- SAP logon pad is opened but could not identify the system and the below error is thrown. Kindly help!

Hi Aishwarya - What is the error? what is the execution log? Please provide more details without which it would be impossible to help.

Error- "GETVALUE(dataGrid) - Item dataGrid not found".

Hi Aishwarya - This happens when the criteria is insufficient to identify the item on the screen...but it is surprising to know that it works well when you are using from desktop studio but not from the factory...could you please provide what is the criteria you have used?

Hi Aishwarya - I do not think deepness is required as a criteria. I have not seen that being used in any of the projects. What I would suggest is: use the criteria as "Control Type" only and nothing else. Please check and reply back if it does not work. Please reward points if that helps.

I had tried with criteria 'Control Type' only also, Its not working. Is it the issue with the trial account only?

Please verify criteria used to recognized the dataGrid item.

This error happens when no sufficient criteria are set to uniquely identify the item.

Hello,

I have used below criteria. Note- Its working perfectly fine when running through Desktop Studio. But when deployed in cloud factory, its getting stuck to SAP Logon pad and throwing error Item datagrid not found.

• Control Type = DataGrid
• EXE = SAPLOGON.EXE
• LTOE(Deepness) = 8
