Smartform Text suddenly overlapped

Hello All,

I was facing an issue with smartform.
I was developing a smartform and after converting it to PDF.
At first stages of development the PDF was looking good and text aligned well.

Examples:
This are just some parts where the alignments were good and the text was displayed OK.

After that all of a sudden it crushed and generates the PDF with overlapped text, wrong alignments, wrong spacing of elements and so on.
The Style is the Same, I did not change anything. The only difference that I have made after all has gone wrong. I had Added a sort criteria to the main window.

Did someone faced issues like this before?
Please help me if you know the reason this happened.
The forms are high complexity and I cannot spend a lot of time to design them from the start.
