We have a scenerio where we are exporting product to customer and he further sales that product to multiple market and hence they are having requirement for multiple CoA template.
Many (if not most) of the companies I've worked with that use distributor's make that a requirement of the distributor. I.e. we produce a generic COA to the distributor with all the tests and information we were willing to share. The distributor was responsible for customizing/providing any special COA requirements THEIR customer wanted. If a customer requires special things, they really shouldn't be buying from a distributor but directly. The whole concept of using a distributor is that they deal with all the issues the end customer has.
If you do drop shipments directly to the end-customer than that customer should be setup as a ship-to customer under the distributor's sold-to number. Then you could provide a custom COA to them. But honestly, that is normally the distributors job, or it should be.
No. Not that I am aware of. Why would you have a different COA profiles though for the same material and ship-to customer number? I'd be very curious as to the business process and business that would require that. (I'm always learning new stuff this way!)
