Hi,
You can select correct value in item category group, it is in MM01 -> Sales: Sales org. 2 tab.
As per our scenario we selected "BANC" for creating a PR based on Sales order.
If you have any further query, please inform.

Maybe I couldn't explain clearly, We are service department ,So, we don't have BOM and sales orders, we just use maintenance material list and Forecast as the production requirements. So,Could you please tell me the MRP Parameter affect run auto PR.
For example:lead time, lot size, procurement type,GR time……
Hi,
It is difficult to write value also but how many fields are effected I marked as blue line.
1) MRP1
2) MRP2
3) MRP3
4) MRP4
5) If in your scenario there is in house production then need to maintain "work scheduling" view also.
As you know T. Code MD01 for run the MRP
After maintaining above values in material master then definitely run the auto PR from SAP.
Hope, it is helpful to you.

If I understood you correctly, you are asking about planning of materials for maintenance processing (spare parts).
I assume that you are a business user. In this case - speak with your local support team so that they can understand your specific requirements and help you set up your master data correctly. In addition to this, there are also settings, which you cannot configure by yourself, these have to be done by a person with sufficient knowledge and authorization to configure the system and transport the settings to a QAS environment where you can test if this is suitable for your processes.
You asked about lot size and lead times, but this is not something that community members can answer for you - this depends on the specific materials and what are your arrangements with the vendors for these materials.
If you are a consultant - there is lots of documentation on the subject of materials planning in the official help site. Open help.sap.com and search for PP-MRP. Make sure to select the correct version that applies to your system. Work with the business users to understand the specifics in their planning process.

When you post a query and give further updates, please add the content under "Comments" and not under "Answer" as you were not answering to a query but only providing additional informations as asked by the members. Also, when you add the text under Comments, it will be intimated to the person to whom you are responding whereas, if you add the text under Answer, the member will not be intimated. By the way, your above answer has been converted as comment by me.

Hi,
If you select correct value in Material master and create sales order with same item then system generate the auto PR with reference of sales order.
I hope, it is your requirement, if not please share the details.
