Okidata Printer not printing legibly

A customer is using an Okidata Printer and I created a custom report for them. They said their printer priints the report and it is not legible. They said they need the report in dot matrix font but Crystal Reports does not have that. What font should I use? / Is there a solution?

    I would use a non-proportional font, such as Courier-New for dot-matrix printing.

Crystal Reports is page based, meaning we generate an image of the page.

In old days you could set your Dot Matrix printer to print in that format, it slowed down the printing though because you are basically printing a picture of the page.

Other than that CR doesn't work well with Dot Matrix printers...

I asked R&D to improve it and they said it's not possible...
