How can you filter a Story by selecting a bar on a graph?

Is it possible to set select a single bar on a graph and have it set so that the entire dashboard adjusts to that selected bar? (Ie. clicking on a Sales manager and adjusts the rest of the dashboard, Total Sales Rev, Product Categories, and Timeline) without using the traditional input control method.
