Homogeneous HU (with one product) and qty: 1 is not skipping deconsolidation station in SAP EWM

Hello EWM Gurus,

In the inbound process with deconsolidation, inbound delivery has one homogeneous HU with Qty: 1 PC

The Inbound process set up has POSC with deconsolidation at internal step IB02.

In the configuration, "Define attributes for deconsolidation" has the following settings.

Max WT in putaway HU: 10

Max item in Decon HU: 15

With the above set up, I am expecting the system would skip deconsolidation work center.

But WT is created to send HU to deconsolidation work center.

Can you please advise if any set up is missing or incorrect?

Thanks,

Chaitanya

Hello EWM experts,

I am observing the following two responses by the system based on POSC set up for step IB02.

In both scenarios, config setting in POSC's IB01 step is same as follows.

WH Nr + Ext step IB01 + Source st type 9030 for door + HUTGr 0001 + WPT 3065 + Dest St type 9010 + Dest st section 0001 + Destination bin GR-ZONE with Rule based indicator unchecked

Scenario 1 -

WH Nr + Ext step IB02 + Source st type 9010 + HUTGr blank + WPT 3060 + Dest St type blank + Dest st section blank + Destination bin blank + Rule based indicator "checked"

After confirming IB01 related task, IB02 task is not created.

The inbound queue is errored out with following error -

Application log 001300001812: Could not convert qu eue WMTH000112345670000

Unloaded HU in step IB01 was 11234567000005790

Scenario 2 -

WH Nr + Ext step IB02 + Source st type 9010 + HUTGr blank + WPT 3060 + Dest St type 8010 (decon station) + Dest st INBD + Destination bin Decons + Rule based indicator "unchecked"

Here the system is creating WT for IB02 for homogenous HU to send it to deconsolidation station. This HU does not need deconsolidation.

Can you please advise what may be missing?

Regards,

Chaitanya
