Convert IQ from FS to Raw

Dear Experts,

One of our customer wants to convert their IQ from SPX to MPX, But I found they are using FS iq files, so I told them MPX must built on Raw device. Now Customer is asking is there any easy/fast way to convert IQ from FS files to Raw devices? -- They think the backup/restore is too long to wait. They hope there would be a fast way to perfom the conversion.
