Cal Systems not available to raise OSS message

We purchased a Cal - S4HANA 1909 SP02 instance recently for a year subscription.
When we want to create an OSS message to seek SAP OSS support.

Issue:

When we click Support > Report an incident >we don't see the component BC-VCM-CAL in our the component and also we don't see our CAL system in the list of systems to raise SAP support.
Please let me know how to fix this?

    I'll start an answer and let the community further it...

    Regarding CAL in your system list for SAP Support - I think the system needs to be added into your system landscape. You may also need connection capability from your CAL instance to other systems in your landscape (Solman, perhaps the system where the System Landscape information is stored).

    If you run multiple CAL instances, this can currently become problematic. The base system deliveries from CAL today could use the same Sids (system ids). This is/was on SAP's CAL roadmap to change, to allow customers to have a value that will be used for the Sid.

    A potential workaround, not optimal but perhaps workable to try, would be to log the case against one of your existing Sids with the CAL component.

    I'm also curious what the community experts or SAP Product people monitoring the community answer.

    Have you applied permanent license keys on the system as described in the “Licenses” section of the Getting started guide of the solution?
