Discount required combination of three materials

I have a requirement, for group conditions. the discount needs to calculate combinations of three materials.

Scenario-1: If I sold the three material combine 13 quantities the 1 qty value needs to calculate as a discount.

Scenario-2: If I sold 14 or 15 the discount needs to calculate for only 13 quantities.

I have created condition type with group condition and maintained the condition record with scales. For straight scenario, the discount is calculating correctly while I am trying to create a sales order with 14 quantities the discount is calculating for the all qty.

Please help me

I am not sure that I understood the scenario completely, but I think that you wish to troubleshoot your scale base routine (the one which you set up in V/06).

One possible option is to place a break point in the routine itself.

If you still cannot find the root cause by starting to debug from the routine, then probably you will need to preform a more through troubleshooting. Refer to this blog for more details: Pricing Programs and their logic – Help for debugging.
