Hi Experts,
We have the integration scenario as On prem ECC --> PO --> C4C, for outbound Integration scenarios receiving below issues
Have tried to unlock the communication user at C4C side but still facing same issue. Kindly suggest what could be the issue and a sort of checklist which can be checked against this error code.

Hello avijish,
Which authentication method you are using? Comm user in C4 will get locked if the Basic authentication is enabled and it fails multiple times. Ensure you update the new password in C4C as well as PO.
