MDG Centralization

Hi,

I would like to know how can we consolidate MDG Data with scenario below:

We have Release 1, R2, R3 parallel landscape only R3 is S4 1909 rest are 1809 we refreshed from R3 to make one centralized MDG how can we merge R1 and R2 here in centralized system?

What data is coming here? is this client dependent? can we create multiple clients?

What is include in MDG data to become centralized?

Thanks

Mohammad

There are multiple aspects here, lets take one by one. The below answers are very high level.

-- Yes you can. The data migration needs to be done depending on the business needs. All non-finalized CRs has to be brought to closure prior to data migration. Several decisions matter here as to how many years of data you want to bring and store in what ways (different number ranges for legacy or same number range)

What data is coming here? is this client dependent? can we create multiple clients?

-- again depends on the business scenario, can be done in single client with different number ranges depending on what you wish to keep.

What is include in MDG data to become centralized?

--Varies, depending on how much of previous R1, R2 is getting used for downstream processes
