Can SAP Hana be loaded to SAP GUI?

I work in a business process services outsourcing. Our client is migrating from SAP R3 to SAP Hana. We (users) don’t know the difference of the two. When I saw one of the knowledge transfer sessions, it seems to be working on a web browser. Googling it, I knew it was SAP GUI HTML capability(?) not really sure. Problem: we have automation made with mini-bots with SAP Script coding. (Its just a simple one but does the work efficiently.) I googled and knew that it does not work with SAPGUIHTML. Question: Can the server of SAP Hana be loaded in a GUI like the one we’re currently using (SAP R3)?

    Hi Relin,

SAP HANA is a database technology of SAP. And from your description, it seems like your company is migrating to a newer SAP solution that is using HANA DB, but this time, you will be using web-based applications instead. Maybe the solution is SAP Business Suite on HANA (ECC) or S/4HANA, but either way, both still have SAP GUI technology. SAP GUI is no longer the defacto standard for end-users to use hence why that change into web-based applications, but nevertheless, SAP GUI is still there. And depending on which screens you have implemented your mini-bots, there's a chance it might still work.
