Login issues to Business application Studio

Hi

I am using this link ic-cf-2020.eu10cf.applicationstudio.cloud.sap to login to Business Application Studio (BAS). When I paste this link in the address bar of my browser and hit enter the link is changing to https://ic-cf-2020.authentication.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/login

I've added this link https://ic-cf-2020.authentication.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/login to my favourites and subsequently when I open this link from my favorites and login I get the page as shown in the attachment.

I am logged in and the words Where To appear and the studio doesn't appear.

So every time I am using this link ic-cf-2020.eu10cf.applicationstudio.cloud.sap and hit enter and then when I login only then am I able to access the Studio. Why is this happening? Why am I not able to access the BAS directly through this link https://ic-cf-2020.authentication.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/login?

Hello Pavan

You need to go to the subscription list on your sub account, search for SAP Business Application Studio tile and use the Go to Application link.

BUT, from the screenshot you provided, it seems like you don't have the right authorizations to see the Subscriptions in that sub-account, so you should ask someone with admin rights in to get that link for you. Once you have that link you can save it to your bookmarks

Please correct me if I am wrong but what I understood from your reply is first log in to SAP Cloud Platform and go to the Cloud Foundry and then login to Business Application Studio. And this is exactly what I am doing.

I first log in to to SAP Cloud Platform and go to my Cloud Foundry as shown in the screen below. And only then I log in to Business Application Studio. But I still am getting the same issue when I log in through this link https://ic-cf-2020.authentication.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/home

Before going from the SAP Cloud Platform (global account IdP for authentication) to Application Studio you first pass by Cloud Foundry authentication for the app:

• https://account.hana.ondemand.com/cockpit#/globalaccount/<id>/subaccount/<id>/subscription/sapappstudio-standard-edition/overview
• https://<cf-subdomain>.authentication.<region>.hana.ondemand.com/login
• https://<cf-subdomain>.<region>.applicationstudio.cloud.sap
