Multi Value Field in SAP Marketing Cloud

Hello Community,

We have a Multi Code List Value in SAP C4C, and we want to replicate this field to SAP MC.

However, there is no such type for custom field: we can choose only single value in the code list. Multiple values select is not supported.

I have 2 Questions:

1. Do you have any idea or a workaround to have all the values in MC?
2. If we create a Text Field Custom Field in MC and put all the values from C4C there with comma as a separator. Do you have any idea how to do it in CPI?
