Issue Regarding Chatbot using SAP CAI Entity

I Need your help in Chatbot using SAP Conversation AI tool.

In SAP CAI tool, when I create expression (keywords) then it set default SAP entity with some expression.

I use SAP ChatBot with HRMS product. In which I am managing employee details, PF Balance, Leave Balance, LTA Balance, etc.

When I create "PF Balance" expression(keyword) then it uses the default SAP " ORGANIZATION " entity. Same as when I create "LTA Balance" expression(keyword), it also uses the default SAP "ORGANIZATION" entity.

I want to remove the "ORGANIZATION" entity from the "PF Balance" expression because it is merging with "LTA Balance" automatically. So when I tried to get "PF Balance", it runs "LTA Balance" action and throws "LTA Balance".

I am unable to set some keywords, due to the default SAP entity. I want to remove this default entity.

    Hi Sukanya,

You will have to create your custom entities in the Train tab of your bot.

Entities are of two kinds, free and restricted.

Based on your requirement you can choose which type of entity you want.

Next step is to go to your intent, and from the expressions, select the keywords for which you want to change your entity. Select those keywords and from the dropdown select your custom entity.

Do let me know if you still face any issues.

    Best Regards,

It seems not possible to remove an SAP entity (they call them "gold entities").

I have seen posts that say that whenever there is a custom entity and gold entity that the custom entity takes preference, so the problem likely is that the bot has not recognized your entity.

If you want to explain what entity you created, how configured, and what values you used, we can discuss further offline.
