ERRORES EN LA APP C4C

Buenas tardes

Por favor su apoyo, actualmente en la empresa donde laboro, tenemos implementado SAP, actualmente estamos utilizando la app C4C, pero nos estan reportando errores, son los siguientes:

1.- The logon profile already exists

2.- Manda una alerta sobre la conexion

3.- Se pasma la aplicacion

4.- Usuario bloqueado

5.- Se queda en LOADING

Necesito saber que provoca estos errores y como solucionarlos.
