Hi Expert,
Need your help.
I have scenario where OVERTIME hours from needs to transfer automatically from CAT2 to Time off absence Quota.
We are generating the absence quota without time evaluation.
So could you please provide me the step by step guidance to set up functionality.

yes a custom background job can be used to transfer then. it should be simple enough to transfer the hours from Infotype 2002 subtype to 2006 Quotas as you listed.

Hi Siddharth,
Thanks for the revert, Currently when i transfer the from CATS it gets updated in Infotype 2002.
As you said we can achieve the end result via time evaluation, but in current situation we do not to go for time evaluation, Hence exploring the other ways.
Now I am trying to achieve the desired result via dynamic actionsdynamic-action-to-transfer-overtime-hours-from-inf.png
Please find the below dynamic action screen shot.
Infotype - 2002 - (Attendance)
Sub Type - TVT = Attendance Type Overtime,
Absence Quota (Time Off Quota Code - 04).
Could you please help if possible.

CATS doesnt update directly in Quotas, it updates only 2001, 2002 and 2010.
From here probably you can build a Time evaluation to read the overtime hours captured in certain Absence/Attendance subtype and do a time balance or time wage type, typically how this is done.
