SAP iRPA - Error when Caputure Application (web)

Hi, I am following RPA examples, I am trying to capture Chrome web app, but I am having trouble with it. sometimes it captures but with a width of 150% and it doesn't capture the entire html element.

-check all the information about the smart extension of SAP but everything ok.

-I'm working with a shared screen, I thought it could be that and I disconnected it but I still have the same problem.
