Hello experts
An export is being done in Tenant Test and then the respective import is done in Tenant PRD.
But, when verifying, several errors are generated.
error-anadir-a-exportacion-3.jpg
The first of them: " You must synchronize the source d.data '_SAP_CF_SAP_CE_INTERACTIONS' in config.segmentation " I think that from this all the others are generated.

However, I have a question, of the segmentation objects I am using Accounts, Contacts and consumers; Is it necessary to also use Interactions?

Hi eliocentenob. It seems that you're having a problem with the custom field mentioned in the error you sent. Please double check the attribute definition and if that doesn't work, try to remove the assignment from segmentation and add it again.
Also try to leave the attribute as mentioned in the error (DECIMAL(14,4)). Did you change something there?

Hi eliocentenob ,
you should be able to remove that error by synchronizing the Data Sources in Segmentation Configuration like you showed in your last screenshot.
Be aware that the mentioned Data Source of your first screenshot (SAP_CE_INTERACTIONS / _SAP_CF_SAP_CE_INTERACTIONS) is maybe also used in other Segmentation Objects like Contacts, not only in the "Interactions" Segmentation Object. That could result in your error. Also make sure to sync it in these other Segmentation Objects.
As Bruno already mentioned it is not necessary to use all of the Segmentation Objects.
What Sandeep meant I think was that usually Data Sources beginning with _SAP_CF are created at the moment where Custom Fields are created and assigned to the Segmentation Object.
Let me know if it worked or if you need further assistance.

Hi eliocentenob. It's not necessary to use all the segmentation objects. Just use the ones you need or normally use in segmentation modeling.
I think that from the message you showed, the problem is in the sync of the data source inside one of the segmentation objects. I don't know which segmentation object you have on your Export Software Collection (ESC), so please add that information here or just do a Sync All (Sincronizar todo) in each of the segmentation objects you have on the Export Software Collection. You need to see that updated and then check the ESC again.

Hi eliocentenob. You can confirm and re-export. From the UI you cannot revert the exported software collection.

Muchas gracias Bruno, un fuerte abrazo!!
Hi bruno.gonzalez
A query: To export the configurations, a confirmation step or action must be performed,
Unfortunately, due to the problem presented, I forgot to do that step, can I revert the exported? Can I confirm and re-export?
Thanks you!

Hi Teams
I uploaded a case to SAP and as schneidert comments the problem is strange, apparently it was a platform problem, they reconciled the SMC several times and I carried out the verification again.
There is type of component that should be used to mount the incident and it is this: CEC-MKT-SEG.
Within the large number of lines with errors I found an indicated inconsistency in the system and that it is used is a component for this type of failure.
Thank you very much
Elio C.

Hi Elio,
So does it work again now? As you stated out in your answer before and showed in the last screenshot, I would say yes, try to remove the assignment and add it again. Otherwise I have actually no idea what could be the problem. I'm very curious of how it will be solved by SAP then.
Would be great if you could let us know.
BR Tobias
Yeah, I supposed it was a platform problem. Great to hear that the problem is solved.
Hi Teams
I have already validated the attribute on segmentation object and the _SAP_CF_SAP_CE_INTERACTIONS data source.
I also checked the attribute in the custom Logica APP In both the values of the length and the decimals coincide.
Here I show you only one attribute, but they are 60 and they are all numeric type.
To your question bruno.gonzalez, yes, the new attributes are created at the beginning with a length and a decimal, then those values are expanded.
"try to remove the assignment from segmentation and add it again", You mean that section:?

Hi bruno.gonzalez
Hope you are well!
Synchronized _SAP_CF_SAP_CE_INTERACTIONS, it is the data source that gives error.
I think the problem is that some custom attributes were created with Decimal and Length characteristics and then changed.
I think that that data should be updated somewhere in the SMC, but I cannot locate that option.

Hi sandeepmkh
I hope you are well!
"" Check if you have assigned any custom field, cbo or hana view to this segment object? "" -->I don't understand, you haven't assigned any fields so far,
You mean "Add custom fields in the segmentation". See:error-anadir-a-exportacion-6.jpg

Hi Elio,
check if you have assigned any custom field, cbo or any hana view to this segment object?
If yes, either add those missing field cbo etc.
Check also the missing objects button.
That's the only way to remove the errors
