Incompletion Log error on IDOC orders after upgrade


We have just completed a support pack upgrade to ECC 6.0 SP32 EHP7 SP20

For our sales orders coming through IDOC we are now getting error

Field VBPA PERNR is not defined in incompletion procedure 09

In OVA2 I can see an entry for this field. In the sales orders there is no entry in this field and it is not used. If put a value in it the error will go away (this is our current work around in production).

If i create the order manually thorough VA01 then I do not get this error.
